Design of the monitoring system in a multi-family building in Barcelona, commissioned by Eurecat Technology Center of Catalonia.
Temperature, humidity and CO2 sensors, and electrical and thermal energy data loggers were installed inside the building. An outdoor temperature and humidity sensor, along with a solar radiation sensor and a thermal energy data logger for the production of solar thermal energy were also installed. All elements communicate with the data transmission gateway using Modbus protocol. Real-time monitoring data can be visualised with the Dexma DexCell Energy Manager online platform.

Energy audit of the Olympic Stadium and surrounding buildings, including the Palau Sant Jordi, the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium and the Olympic Esplanade.
The installations were audited, with proposals made on how to improve the efficiency of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, together with building automation and management systems (BMS’s) and lighting. The project was undertaken for the company Enertika, specialised in energy efficiency services.
